Raby Maidah Savage

Raby Maidah Savage was raised in a community in Ohio that believes in service to humanity. She began serving the community as a volunteer at age 13 when she was a candy striper at a nursing home. She served on the Human Resources and Transportation Committees of the Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce to represent a community of over 20,000 people on the Board of Directors of the Downtown Los Angeles Neighborhood. She has been involved in improving the community in health, living-wage jobs, and affordable housing.

As a corporate staffing consultant for over 11 years, she placed over 100 community members at companies in the health, real estate, financial, and technology fields. Benefit music concerts and charity marathons are some ways she has helped raise funds for non-profit organizations.
